As an Operations Assistant at ILM, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) projects by assisting with operational processes, project coordination, and team support across our growing portfolio of Biodiversity Gain Sites. This role would particularly suit a recent graduate eager to begin a career in environmental management.
